Stones Plumbing replaced stormwater gutters and fascia boards at Central Station, addressing corrosion and leaks while preserving the station's heritage look. By working over the weekend, we minimized commuter disruption and completed the project by the start of the workweek.
Stones Plumbing was tasked with replacing stormwater gutters and fascia boards along the stretch of the country platforms at Central Station, which were causing corrosion to the boards and leaks on the platforms.
We had to ensure compliance with heritage regulations, obtaining like-for-like timber species, gutter profiles, and matching color codes to preserve Central Station's iconic original look.
Working around the clock with two teams over Saturday and Sunday, we ensured minimal disruption to commuters and completed everything by the start of the workweek.
